JUDGMENT
Accused Vishal @ butter Suresh Shinde has filed application
and voluntarily pleaded guilty. The offence alleged against
accused is punishable under Sec.392 of Indian Penal Code.
Therefore, considering the nature of offence the plea of accused is
accepted and I proceed to pass the following order:
O R D E R
1) The accused Vishal @ butter Suresh Shinde is convicted as
per sec. 241 of Cr.P.C for the offence P/U/Sec.392 of IPC and he
is sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for 18 months & to pay
fine of Rs.1,000/ (Rs. One Thousand Only) & in default to suffer
S. I. For 10 days.
2) Accused be given set off against the term of imprisonment
imposed on him vide Sec.428 of the CrPC.
3) Seized muddemal be returned to the informant (if not
returned) after appeal period is over.
