ORDER BELOW EXH.1 (PART HEARD)
Perused the record. It appears that the case is for final argument. The
complainant has filed an application dated 22.03.2022 for permission to withdraw
the complaint. Considering the application and request of the complainant, sufficient
grounds are available for permitting to the complainant to withdraw the complaint.
Hence, following order is passed :
ORDER
(1) The application dated 22.03.2022 for withdrawal of the
complaint is allowed.
(2) The complaint is hereby permitted to be withdrawn as
disposed of as per section 257 of the Criminal Procedure
Code.
(3) Court fee stamps, if any, be refunded on demand only as
per rules.
