J U D G M E N T

1. The accused is chargesheeted for the offence punishable
under Sections 145(b) and 146 of the Railways Act. As per the case of the
prosecution, on 04/02/2018, the accused commits nuisance by using
abusive language and willfully obstruct railway servant in discharging his
duties.

2. The accused is present. The accused pleaded guilty. I have
verified the accused. The accused has voluntarily pleaded guilty. Hence, I
accept the same. I have heard the accused on the point of sentence. She
prayed for leniency the following order. :
ORDER
1] The accused is convicted for the offence punishable under
Sections 145(b) of the Railways Act vide Section 241 of Code of Criminal
Procedure and she is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.500/, in default to
suffer simple imprisonment for 07 days.
2] The accused is also convicted for the offence punishable
under Sections 146 of the Railways Act vide Section 241 of Code of
Criminal Procedure and she is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/, in
default to suffer simple imprisonment for 15 days.
3] Copy of judgment be given to the accused free of cost.
