J U D G M E N T

1. The accused is chargesheeted for the offence punishable
under Section 144 of the Railways Act. As per the case of the prosecution,
on 27/02/2015 at Railway Bridge, Borivali, Mumbai the accused hawks
for sale of books whatsoever upon part of a railway, except under and in
accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence granted by the
railway administration in this behalf.

2. The accused is present. The accused pleaded guilty. I have
verified the accused. The accused has voluntarily pleaded guilty. Hence, I
accept the same. I have heard the accused on the point of sentence. He
prayed for leniency the following order. :
ORDER
1] The accused Maruti Krishna Tadas is convicted of the offence
punishable under section 144 of the Railways Act vide section 241 of Code
of Criminal Procedure and he is released as per section 4 of the Probation
of offenders Act on his entering into a bond in the sum of Rs.5000/ to
appear and receive sentence whenever called upon by this Court within a
period of one year and in the mean time to keep the peace and be of good
behaviour.
2] Copy of judgment be given to the accused free of cost.
