Today, accused Shoeb Gyasuddin Qureshi is produced
through Video Conferencing. Accused is charged with the offences
punishable under sections 307, 504 of I.P.C. He is in Jail. The
offence punishable under section 307 of I.P.C is exclusively triable
by the Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other
documents, as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The case will have to
be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. Hence, the
order :-
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 Jail Authority is directed to produce accused Shoeb
Gyasuddin Qureshi before the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 24/10/2024.

3 The record of the case, the documents and articles,
which are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to
the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Police Station Officer, Powai Police Station be
directed to produce muddemal property in the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on or before 24/10/2024.

5 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the
commitment of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
