COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Accused Nitin Ashok Shrivastav is present before the Court
alongwith his Ld. Advocate Shri D.S. Pandey. Present accused is charged
with the offences punishable under sections 353, 506 of Indian Penal
Code. He is on bail. The offence punishable under section 353 of IPC is
exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions. The copies of police report
and other documents, as specified in section 207 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The case will
have to be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. Hence,
the order :-
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 Accused is directed to appear before the Court of Sessions
Judge, Dindoshi on 03/08/2021.

3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Police Station Officer, Police Station Airport be
directed to produce muddemal property in the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on or before 03/08/2021
positively.
5 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
