Particulars of the offence punishable under Sections
145(B) and 146 of the Railways Act, 1989 were framed against accused
on 08/02/2023 and file was on hearing and for appearance of
prosecution witnesses. Prosecution failed to procure the attendance of
the witness. Accused was present for crossexamining the witness, as
prosecution has not kept it witness present. There is no reason before
me to continue the prosecution. Therefore, the proceeding are stopped
under Section 258 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
