 As per the order of the  Honble HIgh Court  in Cri Writ  Petition no. 6041 of 2024 dt 03-01-2025 . The  present case has been  quashed  subject to  condition that the  petitioner  NItin  Virendra Tiwari  has to pay amount of Rs25000/- in the  Registry  of the court within three weeks  from the date of order and thereafter  Registry shall  transfer the said amount  to he Bar Council of Maharashtra  and Goa.  According  the petitioner  has complied  the said  order and it is   observed  by the Honble HC  in order dated 17-01-2025 . hence this case is  disposed of accordingly.
