COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Today, accused Rakesh Udaynath Pandey is present alongwith
his Ld. Advocate. In view of order dtd. 13/09/2017 accused is released on
bail. Accused is charged with the offences punishable under sections 353 &
504 of Indian Penal Code with Section 85 of Maharashtra Prohibition Act.
He is on bail. The offence punishable under section 353 of I.P.C is
exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and
other documents, as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The case will have to be
committed to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. Hence, the order :
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 Accused Rakesh Udaynath Pandey is directed to appear
before the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on
11/08/2023.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.

4 The Police Station Officer, Airport Police Station be
directed to produce muddemal property in the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on or before 11/08/2023
positively.
5 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
