ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The matter is kept before Lokadalat. In the present matter
the complainant company through its representative Mr.Rahul Das has
sought the permission of withdrawing the matter by filing application to
that effect vide Exh.No.7, owing to the fact that the matter was
amicably settled between the parties. The permission has been duly
granted to them, as it has been voluntarily submitted as verified by the
court from complainant company through its representative Mr.Rahul
Das, who is present personally. Thereafter, by filing the pursis vide
Exh.No.8. the complainant has withdrawn the case and hence the
following order.
O R D E R
1] The matter is hereby disposed of as withdrawn on account of
settlement of the matter.
2] The accused person is hereby acquitted u/sec. 257 of
Cr. P. C.
3] Court fee be refunded as per rules.
