This is the case filed under Section 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23 of
the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. The applicant and the
respondent appeared before this Court with their learned advocates. The
matter was referred for mediation as per the request of the applicant and
respondent. The matter was settled in the mediation. So also, during the
pendency of the case, the applicant filed application (Exh.No.6) for
permission to withdraw the complaint interalie submitting that the dispute
between the parties has been amicably settled and consent terms have been
entered between the parties. The applicant further submits that she does not
want to proceed further with this matter. Thus, it appears that, the matter is
amicably settled between both the parties. In view of the order passed below
Exh.No.6, I proceed to pass the following order:
O R D E R
(1) The case stands disposed of as it is withdrawn.
(2) The case be closed accordingly.
