The accused in this case is alleged to have committed the
offence punishable under section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Today the accused was absent. His advocate filed the
application and thereby intimated that the accused is no more. He filed
the death certificate of accused. Hence, I pass the following order.
Order
1. The case against the accused stands abated.
2. The cash amount of Rs.2,70,100/ which was seized in this
matter is shown to be deposited in the bank. Therefore, the said
amount shown in the chargesheet be credited in the concerned bank
account as per the rules. The C.C.T.V. Footage be destroyed in
accordance with law.
3. The case be closed accordingly.
