I have perused the copy of Criminal Writ Petition
No.5689/2024 of The Hon'ble High Court, Bombay. In the said writ
petition, The Hon'ble High Court, Bombay quashed the proceeding
pending against the accused in the present crime. In view of order
passed by The Hon'ble High Court, Bombay in C.C.NO.633/PW/2019,
on dtd. 25.04.2024, I pass the following order :

1. FIR No.325/2017 registered against accused stands quashed and
