ORDER BELOW EXH.1 INRESPECT OF COMPOUNDING THE
OFFENCE.
Today matter is kept before National LokAdalat. The
informant submitted pursis/Application stating that he has
compounded the offence. Complainant produced proof of photo ID
card.
Hence in the interest of justice, I proceed to pass following
order U/Sec. 320 of Cr.P.C.
1. Vide Sec.320(8) of the Cr.P.C, Accused is acquitted of the offence
punishable U/Sec.420 r/w Sec.34 of Indian Penal Code.
2. Their bail bond/s stand cancelled.
3. Seized valuable case property (if any) be returned to the
original claimant after appeal period is over, if not returned already.
4. Accordingly, case stands disposed of.
