COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Today, the accused no. 1, 2 and 4 namely, Ashok, Sangita and
Paragbai are present before the Court alongwith their Ld. Advocate
Geeta Singh. They are on bail. The case is abated against accused no.3
Nivrutti Bhau Utkar on count of his death, as per order passed today
below Exh.1. Present accused are charged with the offences punishable
under sections 332, 353, 504 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. The offence
punishable under section 353 of IPC is exclusively triable by the Court
of Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents, as
specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been
supplied to the accused. The case will have to be committed to the
Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. Hence, the order :-
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 The accused are directed to appear before the Court of
Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 01/02/2020.
3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.

4 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
