1. Accused is convicted under section 241 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable U/Sec. 379 of IPC and he is sentenced to suffer R.I for 02 months and 20 days.
2. Accused is convicted under section 241 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable U/Sec. 427 of IPC and he is sentenced to suffer R.I for 02 months and 20 days
and to pay fine of Rs.1000/- i.d. to suffer further S.I. for 03 days.
