r/w 27 NDPS Act 1985. The case is petty in nature. There is no positive
material against accused. Hence, keeping in view the petty nature of this
chapter proceeding, I am satisfied to stop this case under section 258 of
Cr. P. C. Hence, I am satisfied to pass following order -

i The proceeding is stopped under section 258 of Cr. P. C.
ii Accused Rohit Triveni Kushawaha is discharged in his
absence from the offence under section 8 (C ) r/w 27 NDPS
