ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The matter is kept before Lok-adalat. In the present matter
the complainant company through its representative Shri. Praful
Manohar Lakhan has sought the permission of withdrawing the matter
by filing application to that effect vide Exh.No.08. The permission has
been duly granted to them. The permission has been duly granted to
them, as it has been voluntarily submitted as verified by the Court from
complainant company through its representative Shri. Praful Manohar
Lakhan , who is present personally. Thereafter, by filing the pursis vide
Exh. No.07 the complainant has withdrawn the case and hence the
following order.
O R D E R
1] The matter is hereby disposed of as withdrawn on account of
settlement of the matter.
2] The accused person is hereby acquitted u/sec. 257 of
Cr. P. C.
3] Court fee be refunded as per rules.
