ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
Perused the record. The case is of the year 2019. The
complainant did not attend the court after rejection of his prayer of
investigation under section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Verification statement of the complainant is not recorded till date. The
complaint is pending without any progress in it since last 3 years. It
seems that the complainant has lost interest in the matter. Considering
the record I am of the opinion that there are no sufficient grounds of
proceeding. Hence, the complaint is dismissed vide Section 203 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure. Proceeding is closed.
