Perused the record. Today case kept in Special Drive. The present
case is pending since 2019. Accused is absent since long. Inspite of
issuance of NBW against the accused, police machinery fails to secure the
presency of accused. Presency of accused is not possible in future. There
will no fruitful result come on record, if case is kept as it is. Therefore,
case is closed under section 258 of Cr. P.C.
