Perused record and proceeding. Present case is kept in
Special Drive today. Offence punishable U/sec. 188 of IPC is alleged
against accused. Case is of the year 2016. Accused is absent since long.
He was released on P.R. Bond. Prosecution failed to secure presence of
accused. There is less possibility of securing presence of accused in
nearest future. Hence, no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping case
pending henceforth. In these circumstances, it is fit case to stop the
proceeding under section 258 of Criminal Procedure Code. Hence, the
order:
