ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH-1
Perused the record. The complainant filed application for
permission to withdraw the complaint at Exh. 5 stating therein that
both the parties have amicably settled the dispute. Hence, following
order is passed :
ORDER
(i) The application for withdrawal of the
complaint is allowed.
(ii) The complaint is hereby permitted to be
withdrawn as disposed of as per section 257 of
the Criminal Procedure Code.
(iii) The accused is acquitted in view of the
compounding the offense.
