2. Perusal of record shows that accused has filed
discharge application on 25/01/2021 upon which say of learned
A.P.P. was called. Despite sufficient opportunity granted, say was
not filed. Hence, an order was passed on 23/08/2024 stating
application to proceed further without say.
3. Learned A.P.P. shown readiness to give reply on
application filed by accused for discharge. Considering the
interest of justice and so as to have adjudication of the
discharge application on merits, it would be just and proper to
allow the the application. Considering this aspect, following
