ORDER BELOW EXH.1
It is evident from the record that on 17/04/2019 summons
was lastly issued. However, till today court did not get the report. On last
date of hearing neither complainant nor advocate were present. No steps
were taken. So matter was kept for further order. Today also neither
complainant nor advocate appeared till 04.15 p.m. No steps taken.
Hence, order :
ORDER
1] Complaint is hereby dismissed under Section 256 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2] Accused is acquitted of from the offence punishable
u/s.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
3] Complaint is disposed off accordingly.
