In the present matter the complainant has sought the permission
of withdrawing the matter by filing application to that effect vide Exh. No.4,
owing to the fact that complainant accused have amicably arrived at a
settlement and she does not want to prosecute further. The permission has
been duly granted to them, as it has been voluntarily submitted as verified by
the court from complainant, who is present personally. Thereafter, by filing
the pursis vide Exh. No.5 the complainant has withdrawn the case and hence
the following order.
O R D E R
1] The matter is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
2] The accused person is hereby acquitted u/sec. 257 of Cr. P. C. r/w
section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, r/w 25(5) of the Payment And
Settlement Act, 2007.
