Present complaint came to be filed U/s. 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. In this matter the documents came to be exhibited on 17/02/2026. As per the decision of Honorable Supreme Court of India in Indian Bank Associations and others V/s. Union of India and others Writ Petition (Civil) No.162618 of 2013, the accused has to file the application U/s. 145 of Negotiable Instruments Act to sought permission to lead the cross-examination but accused did not file any application.
