ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The original complainant and accused both have filed joint
application (Exh.06) for compounding of the offence stating therein
that the original complainant and the accused with the help of their
close relatives and friends have amicably settled their dispute and they
requested to grant permission to withdraw this matter. Permission is
granted to withdraw the matter. Mediation report of the Train Mediator
Judge is also on record at Exh.08 stating therein that dispute is settled
between the parties.
In view of said Joint Pursis at Exh.07 and Mediation Report
at Exh.08 the case is withdrawn and disposed off accordingly.
Accused is acquitted of the offence punishable under
Section 509 of Indian Penal Code.
His bail bond stands cancelled.
