1. That you on 11/12/2017 at 11.10 a.m. S.V. Road,
Bhardawadi, Andheri (W), Mumbai, parked your wooden stall (xkMk) for
making tea in the public road in dangerous way and thereby caused
obstruction to other vehicles and pedestrians in the public way and
traffic and thereby committed an offence punishable U/Sec. 283 of the
Indian Penal Code and within my cognizance.

ORDER
The accused is present. He voluntarily pleaded guilty by
filing application. I have heard the accused. The accused is
voluntarily pleading guilt. Hence, I accept the same. Heard the
accused on the point of sentence. He prayed for leniency.
Considering the nature of offence and submissions of the accused, I
pass the following order:
ORDER
1. The accused is convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 283 of the Indian Penal Code vide Section 252 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.200/- (Rupees
Two Hundred Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of 1 (one) day.
2. Copy of the order be given free of cost to the accused.
