ORDER
The accused is present. He voluntarily pleaded guilty by
filing application. I have heard the accused. The accused is
voluntarily pleading guilt. Hence, I accept the same. Heard the
accused on the point of sentence. He prayed for leniency.
Considering the nature of offence and submissions of the accused, I
pass the following order:
ORDER
1. The accused is convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 428 of the Indian Penal Code vide Section 252 of Cr.P.C and
sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.3,550/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five
Hundred Fifty Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of 1 (one) month.
2. He is also convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 11(1)(a) of the Prevention of Cruelty To Animal Act vide
Section 252 of CrPC and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.50/- (Rupees
Fifty Only) in default the accused to suffer simple imprisonment of 1
(one) day.
3. He is convicted of the offence punishable under Section
119 of the Maharashtra Police Act vide Section 252 of Cr.P.C and
sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1,400/- (Rupees One Thousand Four
Hundred Only) in default the accused to suffer simple imprisonment

4. Copy of the order be given free of cost to the accused.
