Name of the accused : Zahir Adam Bandukwala
Firstly, that you on 23.12.2017 at 17.45 hrs at Gavdevi
area, Andheri(W), Mumbai, you accused drove your Drone
mentioned vehicle in the air, your act was so rash or negligent as to
endanger human life or the personal safety of others and thereby
committed an offence punishable under Section 336 of the Indian
Penal Code and within my cognizance.
Secondly, you accused on the above said date, time and
place, disobeyed the order duly promulgated by public servant i.e.
order of the Commissioner of Police, Brihan Mumbai vide No.
CP/XI(6)/2266/(10)/2017 dated 22.11.2017, lawfully empowered
to promulgate the said order and that you have thereby committed
an offence punishable u/s. 188 of the the Indian Penal Code and
within my cognizance.

ORDER
The accused is present. He voluntarily pleaded guilty by
filing application. I have heard the accused. The accused is
voluntarily pleading guilt. Hence, I accept the same. Heard the
accused on the point of sentence. He prayed for leniency.
Considering the nature of offence and submissions of the accused, I
pass the following order:
ORDER
1. The accused is convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 336 of the Indian Penal Code vide Section 252 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.250/- (Rupees
Two Hundred Fifty Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of 1 day.
2. He is also convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code vide Section 252 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.200/-(Rupees
Two Hundred Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of 01(one) day.
3. Copy of the order be given free of cost to the accused.
