JUDGMENT
Accused No.8 Tauhid Ahad Khan has filed application and
voluntarily pleaded guilty. The offence alleged against accused is
P/U/Sec. 8 (4) of the Maharashtra Prohibition of Obscene Dance
in Hotels, restaurants and Bar rooms and Protection of Dignity of
Women Act, 2016 Act Therefore, considering the nature of offence,
the plea of accused is accepted and I proceed to pass the following
order:
O R D E R
1) Accused No.8 Tauhid Ahad Khan is convicted as per sec.
241 of Cr.P.C for the offence P/U/Sec. 8 (4) of the Maharashtra
Prohibition of Obscene Dance in Hotels, restaurants and Bar rooms
and Protection of Dignity of Women Act, 2016 Act and he is
sentenced to pay fine of Rs.20,000/ (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only)
& in default to suffer S. I. For 5 days.
2) Trial will be continued against other accused.
