The accused Hitesh Ghanshyam Yadav was chargesheeted
for the offence punishable under section 354, 323, 509, 504, 506(2) of
the Indian Penal Code.
2. The accused filed the Criminal Writ Petition (WP) No.
no.665/2024 under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. before the Hon'ble Bombay
High Court to quash the proceeding bearing C.C.No.371/PW/2018
pending before this Court. The petition was allowed on 17/04/2024.
The accused complied the directions given in the said judgment/order.
In view of the order passed in the said writ petition, the present case on
hand is hereby disposed of. The accused in the present case is hereby
acquitted from the offence punishable under section 354, 323, 509,
504, 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code. The case be closed accordingly.
