Perused the record. The complainant filed this application
for permission to withdraw the complaint stating therein that
complainant and accused have amicably arrived at a settlement and the
complainant hence intend to withdraw the complaint and the accused
be absolved and exonerated of the charges. Hence, following order is
passed. :
ORDER
(i) The application for withdrawal of the
complaint is allowed.
(ii) The complaint is hereby permitted to be
withdrawn as disposed of as per section 257 of
the Criminal Procedure Code.
(iii) The accused is acquitted in view of the
compounding the offense.
(iv) Court fee stamps, if any, be refunded on
demand only as per rules.
