ORDER BELOW EXH.1 INRESPECT OF COMPOUNDING THE
OFFENCE.
Today matter is kept before National/Mahalok Adalat. The
informant submitted that he has compounded the offence.
Hence in the interest of justice, I proceed to pass following
order U/Sec. 320 of Cr.P.C.
1. Vide Sec.320(8) of the Cr.P.C, Accused is acquitted of the offences
punishable U/Sec.406 & 420 of Indian Penal Code.
2. His bail bond stand cancelled.
3. Accordingly, case stands disposed of.
