COMMITTAL ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Today, accused Sohel @ Ismail Abdul Kadar is produced
before the court in execution of Non-bailable Warrant. Therefore,
present case is taken on board on court motion. Ld. Advocate Shri
Pradeep Shetty of accused is present. Accused is taken into judicial
custody till 26/07/2021. Present accused is charged with the offences
punishable under sections 376 (1), 417 of Indian Penal Code. The
offence punishable under section 376 of IPC is exclusively triable by the
Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents, as
specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been
supplied to the accused. The case will have to be committed to the
Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. Hence, the order :-
O R D E R
1 The case be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge,
Dindoshi.
2 Jail Authority is directed to produce accused before the
Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi on 26/07/2021.

3 The record of the case, the documents and articles, which
are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court
of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi immediately.
4 The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment
of the case to the Court of Sessions Judge, Dindoshi.
