ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1. The applicant submitted that male child by name
Kamlesh Chakra Singh was born on 01.07.2014 at home, Bala
Bhattwadi, Dhobi Ghat, Andheri East, Mumbai. It is further
submitted by the applicant that due to inadvertence, he could not
report the birth of the said child to the concerned authority. There is
delay and therefore, he is seeking directions to concern authority in
that regard.
2. Notice is served to respondent/non applicant. They submitted
that the applicant failed to file necessary documents before them and
therefore, they could not register the entry of birth of the same.
3. The applicant has produced affidavits, xerox copy of medical
papers regarding said pregnancy, affidavits of applicant and his wife
etc in that respect. I do not find any reason to reject the application.
Hence in the interest of justice, I proceed to pass following order:
O R D E R
1. The application is allowed.
2. Respondent/Non applicant is directed to register Birth
entry of Kamlesh Chakra Singh who is born to Chakra Bhim Singh

& Kalpana Singh on 01.07.2014 at home, Bala Bhattwadi, Dhobi
Ghat, Andheri East, Mumbai. as per rules.
3. The applicant to pay charges/fees, as per law to the
concern Authority.
4. The applicant shall not misuse this order in any manner.
