order 1. The accused Barkatali Shaukatali Shaikh is convicted as per sec. 252 of Cr.p.c. for the offence p.u.sec. 279,392 of I.P.C.
2. Accused is sentence to suffer S.I. for one month for the offence p/u/sec. 279 of I.P.C/ and he is sentence to pay fine of Rs. 1000/- and I/D to suffer S.I. for 7 days. 3.
