1. The accused Jamil Sajjak Shaikh and Aniket Anil Shinde are Conviced as per Sec 252 of Cr.p.c for the offences p. U.sec. 392,506 r/w sec. 34 of I.P.C.
2. Accused are sentence to suffer S.I for the period already undergone for the offence p.U.sec. 392 of I.P.C.and to pay fine of Rs 200/- and in default to suffer S.I. for 4 days.
3. Accused are sentence to suffer S.I for one (1) month for the offence p.U.sec. 506 of I.P.C.
4. Set off be given to accused U/Sec. 428 of the Code of Cr.p.c. as per rule
