JUDGMENT
Accused has filed application and voluntarily pleaded guilty. The
offences alleged against accused are P/U/sec.283 of the IPC. Therefore,
considering the nature of offence the plea of accused is accepted and I
proceed to pass the following order:-
O R D E R
Accused is convicted for the offence P/U/Sec.283 of IPC as per
sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he is sentenced to pay fine of Rs.200/- (Rs. Two
Hundred Only) in default to suffer simple imprisonment for one day.
