of motorcar bearing No. MH-02-CR-5173 of the informant which was parked,
dishonestly without his consent and knowledge and thereby committed an
offence punishable u/Sec. 379 of I.P.C. and within my cognizance.

ORDER
The accused is present before the Court. He is voluntarily
pleaded guilty. Hence, I accept the same. Heard the accused on the
point of sentence. He prayed for leniency. Considering the nature of
offence and submissions of the accused, I pass the following order:
ORDER
1. The accused is convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code vide Section 241 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure and and he is sentenced to suffer imprisonment till
rising of the Court and to pay fine of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand
Only) and in default the accused to suffer simple imprisonment for 2
(two) days.
2. Seized car be returned to its original owner after due
verification, if yet not return after appeal period is over.
3. Copy of judgment be given to the accused free of cost.
