ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH1
Perused the record. The complainant filed application for
permission to withdraw the complaint stating therein that both the parties
have amicably settled the matter outside the court. Entire payment is made
by the accused as per the MOU. Hence, following order is passed:
ORDER
(i) The application for withdrawal of the complaint is
allowed.
(ii) The complaint is hereby permitted to be
withdrawn as disposed of as per section 257 of the
Criminal Procedure Code.
(iii) Court fee stamps, if any, be refunded on demand
only as per rules.
