JUDGMENT
Accused has filed application and voluntarily pleaded guilty.
The offences alleged against accused are P/U/sec.279,336 of the
IPC. Therefore, considering the nature of offence the plea of
accused is accepted and I proceed to pass the following order:-
O R D E R
1) Accused is convicted for the offence P/U/Sec.279 of IPC as
per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he is sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1000/-
(Rs. One Thousand Only) in default to suffer simple imprisonment
for five days.
2) Accused is convicted for the offence P/U/Sec.336 of the IPC
as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he is sentenced to pay fine of Rs.250/-
(Rs. Two Hundred Fifty Only) in default to suffer simple
imprisonment for two days.
