ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF PASSPORT
1. This is an application of the applicant/accused No.1 Bhushan
Vasant Kamble for permission to renew his passport bearing No. K1941255
for the period of ten years. The applicant submitted that he is ready to
abide by all the conditions which may be imposed by this Court. Hence,
permission be granted to him for renewal of his passport.
2. The learned APP filed her say and objected the application by
submitting that there is a possibility of absconding of the accused. Hence,
it is objected. I have gone through the record. The accused is charge-
sheeted for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 325 and 323 read
with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (C.C.No.85/PW/2018,
C.R.No.379/2016 of Oshiwara Police Station). The applicant/accused is
ready to abide by all the conditions. The applicant/accused is only
praying for grant of permission to renew his passport. Considering the
nature of offence, I am of the view that no prejudice would be caused to
the prosecution, if permission is granted to the applicant/accused to renew
his passport by imposing necessary condition. Hence, the order.
ORDER
1. The application is allowed.
2. Permission is granted to the applicant/ accused No.1 Bhushan
Vasant Kamble to renew his passport bearing No. K1941255 for the period
of ten years subject to condition that the applicant/accused shall not leave
India without the permission of this Court.
