ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH.1
Accused has filed application and voluntarily pleaded guilty.
The offences alleged against accused are punishable under Sec.279, 337
of the IPC & Sec.134(a)(b) of M.V. Act. Therefore, considering the
nature of offence the plea of accused is accepted and I proceed to pass
the following order:
O R D E R
1) The accused mentioned above is convicted for the offence
P/U/sec.279 of the IPC as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he is sentenced to
pay fine of Rs.1,000/(Rs.One Thousand Only) in default, he shall suffer
SI for five days.
2) The accused mentioned above is convicted for the offence
P/U/sec.337 of the IPC as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he is sentenced to
pay fine of Rs.500/(Rs.Five Hundred Only) in default, he shall suffer SI
for two days.
3) The accused is convicted for the offence punishable
U/Sec.134(a) of the Motor Vehicles Act as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and
sentenced to pay fine of Rs.2000/(Rs. Two Thousand Only) in default
to suffer simple imprisonment for one day.
5) The accused is convicted for the offence punishable
U/Sec.134(b) of the Motor Vehicles Act as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and
sentenced to pay fine of Rs.2000/(Rs. Two Thousand Only) in default
to suffer simple imprisonment for one day.
