O R D E R
Accused is present before the Court today. He voluntarily
pleaded guilty as per aforesaid plea. Hence, I proceed to pass following
order :
O R D E R
Accused is hereby convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 8 (c) of the N. D. P. S. Act which is punishable u/Sec. 27 of the N. D.
P. S Act, 1985 vide Section 252 of Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay fine of
Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) in default to suffer Simple Imprisonment
for 4 (Four) days.
