ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO APPLY
PASSPORT FOR REGULAR PERIOD
Heard Ld. Counsel Dilip Patil for the applicant/
accused and Ld. A.P.P. Perused the application and chargesheet.
2 The applicant/ accused viz Kiran Bhagwan Shinde is
seeking no objection for issuance of passport for regular period.
According to applicant, he intends to apply for issuance of passport for
regular period. Passport office advised him to bring NOC from the
court. Hence, he is seeking no objection for obtaining passport for
regular period.
3 Ld. A.P.P. filed her say and requested for necessary
order.
4 Heard both sides. Perused the record.
5 Considering submissions made before me, perused of
the application, nature of case and the fact that the applicant requires

permission to apply for passport for regular period. It appears that
accused is facing trial for the offence U/sec. 324 of IPC. trial is likely to
take its own time. No prejudice could be caused to prosecution if the No
objection as prayed with granted with certain terms and conditions.
Hence, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2 This court has no objection to issue passport to
applicant/ accused Kiran Bhagwan Shinde for a period of 5 yrs/10
(Ten) years.
3. Applicant / accused is directed not to travel out of
India without permission of this court.
