Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Sec.303(2) of BNS. Prosecution
alleged that, accused has vehicle worth Rs.15,000/- of informant. Said
vehicle is recovered. Offence is triable by this court. No purpose would
be serve by keeping the accused behind the bar. There is no criminal
antecedents of the accused. Therefore, the accused is entitle to be
enlarged on bail. Accordingly, I pass the following order -
ORDER
1. Accused is released on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.10,000/-
(Rupees Ten Thousand only) and on deposit of cash bail of
Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only).
2. Accused to submit his address proof.
3. Accused is directed to attend the Shahu Nagar Police Station on
every Thursday in between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm till the filing
of charge-sheet or until further order, whichever is earlier.
4. Accused shall not tamper the evidence and shall not pressurize
the prosecution witnesses.
5. Accused shall not leave India without prior permission of the
Court till conclusion of the trial.
6. Accused is directed to remain present each and every date and
in default his bail bonds would automatically forfeit.
7. Accused shall not misuse the liberty.
8. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
