Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Sec.336(2), 319(2), 318(4), 204,
3(5) of the BNS. Prosecution alleged that, accused have cheated the
informant by personation as police and falsely taken away two gold
bangles of 20 gram worth Rs.1,40,000/-. Said property is yet to be
recovered. The record shows that similar and other sixteen offences are
registered and pending against the accused. The accused has modus
operandi to cheat the people. Charge sheet is filed. Offence is non-
bailable. Therefore, the accused is not entitle to enlarge on bail.
Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order -
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
