Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Perused written submissions and
documents. Heard Ld. APP, Ld. Advocate for complainant and Ld. Advocate for
accused. Accused Niraj Gunvant Kakad and Vikas Sudam Kadam are charged
for the offences punishable U/Sec. 120 (b), 507, 506, 406, 420 of Indian
Penal Code. Prosecution alleged that, the accused have cheated the informant
for Rs.9,57,89,154/-. Investigation is not over, it is in progress. Huge amount
involved. Therefore, the accused are not entitle to enlarge on bail.
Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order -
ORDER
1. The application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
