Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Secs.61(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338,
336(2), 336(3), 340(2) of the BNS and Sections 66-C and 66-D of
Information Technology Act. Prosecution alleged that, accused has
cheated the informant by on-line fraud and misappropriated amount for
of Rs.66,00,000/-. Amount is huge. Charge sheet is filed. Offence is
non-bailable. Therefore, considering the nature of offence, the accused
is not entitle to enlarge on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the
following order -
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
